The waiter takes the order at the table, the kitchen sees it at once
A phone instead of a notepad: the order goes to the kitchen and a ready dish lights up on the table card.
What it does
Tables at hand
My tables on top, colleagues' tables paler, tables awaiting cleaning apart. The most urgent first.
Table tags
Ready means carry it, Bill requested means the guest has a printed bill, Delay means a dish is over its time norm.
Courses and bills
Dishes go out in turns (course 1, 2). Split a bill between guests and move guests to another table.
Floor plan and reservations
Draw the hall and the waiter picks a table on the plan. Table reservations are built in.
How it works
- 1
Settings, Screen links, Waiter screen: copy the link.
- 2
The waiter opens it on a phone, adds it to the home screen and logs in with a PIN.
- 3
Picks a table, adds dishes, sends them to the kitchen.
Questions and answers
Do I need to install an app from a store?+
No. The waiter screen opens by link in a browser and goes onto the phone's home screen.
What if the internet drops in the hall?+
A no connection tag appears. Orders sent offline reach the kitchen automatically when the connection returns.
