How the back office is laid out

The menu sections on the left, quick search, language and theme.

The back office menu on the left has three parts.

Operations: what happens at a location every day.

  • Dashboard: revenue, orders, average check, sales by hour, top products and buttons to launch the till and screens;
  • Cash shifts: shifts, cash collection;
  • Forecast & plan: Sales forecast (how much you'll sell, based on the same weekdays in the past) and Kitchen plan (what to prep for a chosen date);
  • Stock: purchase orders, suppliers, inventory, stock levels, what to restock;
  • Staff: staff, access roles, work schedule, timesheet;
  • Reports: sales, products, ABC analysis, P&L.
  • Menu: dishes, products, preparations, ingredients, modifiers, categories, quick menus, stations, price lists;

Business: what you manage for all locations.

  • Finances: expenses and Cash flow (money in and out for each day);
  • Loyalty: promotions, customers, reviews;
  • Event log: who did what: cancellations, discounts, cash operations;
  • AI assistant: ask questions about your sales.
  • Account: locations, settings, billing;

System:

  • Notifications: what needs attention;
  • Help Center.

There is no "Floor" section in the back office: tables and the floor plan are set up in the Qvon app, and the kitchen, pickup and waiter screens open from the links in Settings → "Screen links".

Staff only see the sections they have permissions for.

Quick search

Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) or tap the magnifier on a phone, and type where you want to go: "report", "stock".

Language and theme

Switch the language (Russian, Uzbek, English) with the flag at the top. The theme is in Settings → "Appearance" and is remembered on the device.

Several locations

If you have several locations, the location switcher is at the top of the pages where it matters (reports, settings).
