What guests see on the pickup board and who marks hand-out

The board has two columns:

• “Preparing”: orders still being made;
• “Ready”: orders that can be collected.

Only orders without a table are shown (takeaway and counter). Items, prices and guest names are never shown.

When an order turns ready, its number pops up large in the middle of the screen for a few seconds with a sound. Several at once are shown one after another.

Who removes a number from the board

Nothing is pressed on the board itself, it hangs high up. The cashier marks hand-out in the Qvon POS app: “Order hand-out” → tap the number. It leaves the board right away.

If nobody marks it, a ready number leaves on its own after the time set in “Remove a ready number from the board after” (10 minutes by default).
